What we keep, and what we do not

We do not require an account to read the library, use the practice room, or save a gathering. Reading lists, checklist state, planner text, journal notes, and circle interest are stored in your browser’s local storage under the key zensynergy-institute. Clearing site data removes them. We cannot recover them.

If you open a mail draft from a form, that message is sent through your own email client to the Institute address you chose. Do not include medical records or other sensitive information you would not put in ordinary email.

Hosting environments may collect ordinary technical logs (pages requested, coarse location via IP, browser type). We do not sell mailing lists. We do not use the Institute as a covert intake for paid programs.

If you email us, we will keep correspondence as long as needed to respond and to maintain a responsible record of community safety issues. You may ask us to delete your email by writing to the same address.
