About the Institute

Education as a public good

ZenSynergy Institute is the information and community face of ZenSynergy Health. We exist so anyone can learn, gather, and participate — without a sales funnel, and without pretending we are a clinic.

ZenSynergy Health — a new paradigm in mental health and wellness

Why a separate home

For a time, zensynergyhealth.net and zensynergyhealth.com said the same thing. That was a missed chance. The company still develops programs and a research agenda. The Institute is the part that should stay public: essays, gatherings, practice tools, and a community with rules.

If you came looking for a retreat, you are not lost — you are on the educational side of the house. Programs live at zensynergyhealth.com.

Principles

Education is not treatment

This institute does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide therapy. We teach so people can make more informed decisions about their own care.

Evidence over fashion

Psychedelic interest is loud. We slow it down: study design, effect sizes, safety, and the difference between a promising trial and a finished medicine.

Responsibility before experience

Set, setting, legality, screening, and integration are not afterthoughts. They are the work. We will not glamorize unregulated use.

Community is a method

Isolation makes people more vulnerable to hype and harm. Thoughtful gatherings and shared language can support healthier choices.
