Responsible practice
A room for slowing down
Educational tools you can use on this device: a readiness checklist, a set-and-setting planner, integration prompts, and red flags. They are not a diagnosis, not a clearance, and not advice to use any substance.
Readiness checklist
0 / 8
Tick what is true for you today. Unchecked items are invitations to pause, not a score to beat.
Set and setting planner
Saved only on this device. Useful before any demanding psychological work — a therapy hour, a licensed service, or a decision to wait.
Integration prompts
-
01
What actually happened, in sensory language, without interpretation?
-
02
What did I hope would be solved, and what is still here?
-
03
Who can hear a true version of this without needing me to be transformed?
-
04
Which ordinary practice (sleep, walk, meal, appointment) will I keep this week no matter how I feel?
-
05
Is there an urge to make a large decision? If yes, I will date it two weeks from now and not act today.
-
06
What support did I need and not have? That is a note for the next time I evaluate a container.
Red flags
Any one of these is enough to walk away. Charm does not cancel them.
- Sexual or romantic framing of the work, including “energy” explanations.
- Secrecy about dose, substance, training, or injuries.
- Pressure to decide on the call, or a claim that delay will worsen your trauma.
- Discouraging contact with your existing clinician or family.
- Mockery of screening, medicine, or “Western” safety as spiritually inferior.
- No named person responsible if you become medically unstable.
