• Local Deliveries: Perform scheduled deliveries to clients within permitted states, providing a positive, professional customer experience that aligns with our wellness-focused brand. This may include hand-delivering to retreat locations or verified addresses, verifying recipient identity, and documenting delivery confirmations.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict protocols for handling controlled substances, including secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and HIPAA/privacy compliance. Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain our robust safety profile.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflows, reduce shipping costs, and enhance delivery efficiency. Assist in vendor relations and inventory forecasting to support our rapid scaling.
• General Support: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse/receiving area; assist with retreat setup logistics as needed; and embody our values of empathy, precision, and holistic care in all interactions.

• Basic proficiency with inventory software (e.g., QuickBooks, Shopify, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; comfort with flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends for deliveries.
